Poblocki Paving Moving to New Berlin Industrial Park
Poblocki Paving Corporation is consolidating three Milwaukee-area locations into a building it recently purchased in the New Berlin Industrial Park.
The company is very recognizable due to a sign located along I-94 at their West Allis location that has witty sayings such as "The asphalt jungle starts here." Their new location is the former FIS data center at 16363 W. Ryerson Road, which is between Moorland Road and Calhoun Road. According to news reports, the sale price was $2.75M for the 38.5 acre property, and the company intends to have 200 employees located there.

Citing company growth and the needs of their employees, Poblocki Paving Corporation will consolidate the company’s footprint into a recently purchased building in New Berlin.
The bulk of their business will soon move to an 88,700-square-foot building at 16363 W. Ryerson Road.
“The new location is a good place for our employee- owners,” said Poblocki President Greg Kastenholz. “Having better facilities for them like improved locker rooms and better bathrooms. It will be nice to have everything in one building. This was real important to us.”
